During my Christmas stay, I was very pleased with the location of the hotel. It was conveniently located in the heart of the city, making it easily accessible for sightseeing, shopping, and exploring the city. the staff were friendly, welcoming, and helpful. They even booked tours at discounted prices and provided bottled water and daily room cleaning. the rooms were big and comfortable, perfect for a relaxing holiday.
One thing that was a bit of a letdown was the lack of a proper reception area. There were times when reception staff was not present, which made it difficult to get assistance quickly.

The hotel is in a prime location, just a short walk away from all the must-see sights and with excellent restaurants nearby. the rooms are spacious and comfortable, with daily cleaning service. the staff is friendly and helpful, assisting with tour bookings and laundry services.
The reception desk can be difficult to locate at times, leading to delays in arranging activities.

Convenient location and low cost. Plus, a nice cafe across the street. Rooms are spacious and have a balcony. It’s great that everything is accessible on foot.
The front desk was frequently unstaffed, making it difficult to make any arrangements without wasting time waiting. , there were no extras or conveniences to make guests’ stay easier.
